SELECTA APPOINTS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cham, 31. January 2019, Selecta AG (“Selecta”), the leading unattended self-service coffee and convenience food provider in Europe, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Ransom as Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director to the company’s Board with effect from 1 February 2019.

Andy has significant experience in route-based business models that have been enhanced through effectively-implemented bolt-on acquisitions. He has leadership experience in a high performing, customer-focused organisation and a wealth of experience in investor relations.

Andy is Chief Executive of Rentokil Initial plc, a Director and Trustee of Street League, and a Patron of Malaria No More UK.
